BRACELET SIZING:
Measure the wrist just below your wrist bone with a tape measure (or a piece of string or paper measured against a ruler). Add 0.5 inches for a snug but comfortable fit. Add 1 inch for a looser fit with more movement.

To get the best out of your crystal healing bracelet, please roll it up and over your hand, do not pull it or stretch it over your wrist as over time this can weaken the elastic.
